RENEWING YOUR OQ ? Westchester licensed only ? That is one process. Licensed in Westchester & NYC ? That is a different process. But, no mater where you are licensed, Task 87A is a new Task. You must take the 2.5 hour class !!! Read below to find out more about the renewal process.
If you are licensed in both NYC and Westchester, then you must go through the Plumbing Foundation City of New York. If you are licensed in Westchester only, then you must go through the IMPW. Operator Qualification entails a 7-hour course and a written, practical examination, random drug/alcohol testing, and triennial re-qualification exams. |
First take your 4 hour refresher class online. Recent changes mean you will need an additional 2.5 hour class for TASK 87A Schedule your 3 written exams by calling 718.793.6300 Schedule your two practical exams for Tasks 86 & 87A through the Plumbing Foundation GOQ database Optional refresher courses are also available |
